About
Arctic Funding and Strategy is a Nunavut-based business focused on helping organizations turn ideas into strong, fundable projects. Founded by Theresa Dalueg, the business draws on experience in community economic development, education, non-profit programming, grant writing, and consulting across Nunavut, with a particular focus on supporting Indigenous and northern initiatives.
Theresa lives in Rankin Inlet, Nunavut, and is of mixed Métis and European ancestry. Having lived and worked in Nunavut for over eight years, her connection to the North is central to both her professional experience and the work of Arctic Funding and Strategy. Her experience across Nunavut has given her a practical understanding of northern communities and the importance of developing projects and funding strategies that reflect local priorities, realities, and opportunities.
